Important Dates

  • IEEE 2-column format, 4-page, extended abstract (in PDF) due via e-mail: January 23, 2005

  • Notification of acceptance: March 10, 2005

  • E-mail us by April 1 if you need our assistance to find you a roommate to share your hotel room.

  • Pre-registration due: April 15, 2005
    You must make your hotel reservation ($65 per room per night) when you register. Registration fee $475 ($250 for students) includes abstract book, meals, social activity costs, and T-shirt. There will be a charge of $100 for late registration.

  • Updated 4-page Abstract for the Abstract-Book Due: April 15, 2005
    Revise the format according to this Sample file. You can also update the scientific content.

  • Meeting: July 6-9, 2005

  • Full manuscript (IEEE TMI special issue) due: October 1, 2005
