Welcome

We are excited about having this meeting in historic Fort Douglas where the Olympic Village was installed in the Winter of 2002. This is the eighth in a series of biennial meetings with the aim of bringing together people actively researching problems related to fully 3D tomography in radiology and nuclear medicine. The previous seven meetings have been held at Corsendonk, Belgium (1991); Snowbird, Utah, USA (1993); Aix-les-Bains, France (1995); Laurel Highlands, Pennsylvania, USA (1997); Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands (1999); Pacific Grove, California, USA (2001); Saint Malo, France (2003). The 3D meeting is a workshop-style, unformal and friendly meeting where people interested in all aspects of fully 3D reconstruction in medical imaging gather to present and discuss the latest research advances in the field.

Utah has more National Parks than any other states in the country. Please take the advantage and visit some of them when you come to the 3D meeting.

We have a great meeting and social events planned and hope to see you in Salt Lake City!
