Research Interests

Developing and characterizing implantable and catheter-mounted local RF coils for rapid high resolution MR signal detection on limited FOV.

Implementing MR thermometry techniques to detect and characterize radiofrequency ablation real-time in the treatment of atrial fibrillation using MR-guidance at 3T (Siemens Verio and Trio).

Implementing acquisition and processing techniques to record electrograms (Biopac system) in an MR environment (3Tesla) during iMRI experiments.
