  • IEEE 2-column format, 4-page, extended abstract (in PDF) due via e-mail: January 25, 2012 (Extended to February 1, 2012)

  • Notification of acceptance: March 23, 2012

  • Pre-registration due: April 25, 2012

  • Updated 4-page abstract for the Abstract-Book Due: June 1, 2012
    • 1) your PDF file should be in letter size format (8' x 11', 215.9mm x 279.4mm), not in A4-format
    2) no page number
    3) include affiliations as a footnote, not under the title
    4) include author's name directly below the title in the single column format, i.e., not on top of the first column
    5) no header, no footer, 2cm-wide margins minimum on top, bottom, left and right
    6) 4 pages is preferred, but 5 pages will be accepted to accommodate the rules above

  • Meeting: June 24-27, 2012

  • Online supplemental issue of Medical Physics: Letter of intent due: June 1, 2012. Full manuscript due: August 1, 2012
