Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentations

If you are giving a talk at the meeting, please note the following:
Your talk should be tailored for a duration of 15 minutes maximum (20 minutes for the 4 best scored abstracts).
Your talk will be followed by a discussion session of 5 minutes (or more
if your presentation uses less time). The moderators will promote
discussion on the topic of your work, either through very general questions or
through specific questions.
An in-house personal computer running Windows 7 will be used.
Your main presentation file should be either a pdf or a powerpoint file
(MS Office 2010 will be used).
Please give your presentation file in a flash drive to Larry
Zeng at least 3 hours before your presentation. Or e-mail to him:

If you are presenting a poster at the meeting, please note
The poster dimension for all posters is "width= 4-feet maximum,
height= 4-feet maximum" square.
Your poster may be installed in the morning of Tuesday, May 22, and must
be removed by 4 PM Wednesday, May 23.
In addition to making a poster, plan for a 1-minute oral presentation highlighting the content of your
poster. The moderator will introduce your name. An in-house personal computer
running Windows 7 will be used.
