Title: Parallel MR imaging using efficient reconstruction techniques

Abstract: This talk will present an overview of our groups' recent developments in parallel MR imaging. The relationships between various parallel imaging methods will be presented, along with a method to combined them to increase MR image acquisition efficiency. As imaging efficiency increases, the image reconstruction problem often becomes poorly conditioned. The conditioning of image reconstruction problems can be improved through the use of solution-space regularization. This talk will review our fast iterative regularized reconstruction method and demonstrate its use in high efficiency cardiac imaging and image-guided-therapy applications.
